shobabridals Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before booking. They apply to all bridal, event and masterclass bookings with Agnes Sobha (@shobabridals).
1. Bookings & Deposits
A non refundable, non transferable deposit, typically 50% of the total service fee, is required to confirm any bridal or event booking, with the balance due on or before the day of service. Dates are only held once the deposit has been received. Exact deposit amounts and payment methods will be confirmed at the time of enquiry.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients are asked to give as much notice as possible for cancellations, and last minute cancellations may require payment of a significant portion of the total package value, in addition to forfeiting the deposit. Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and will be accommodated wherever possible. Full notice periods and any applicable fees will be confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Trials & Consultations
Trials are available by appointment and are typically booked separately from the wedding day service, usually at a separate fee. A trial secures a look and a consultation, but does not itself reserve Agnes for your event date; the date is only held once the booking deposit has been paid.
4. Travel, Transport & Additional Fees
All package prices exclude transport. Transport charges apply based on the appointment location and will be communicated ahead of confirming a booking. Early morning appointments (typically before 7am) and parking may incur a small surcharge. Destination events, large bridal parties, or bookings requiring an additional pair of hands may require the hire of an assistant makeup artist at an added flat rate, confirmed in advance.
5. Appointments
Agnes does not operate a walk in studio. All appointments are held by arrangement at 470 Jurong West Street 41, Singapore, unless otherwise agreed for outcall services.
6. Image & Portfolio Usage
By booking with Agnes, brides agree that photographs and videos from their session may be taken and used for her portfolio and social media, so that her work can continue to be shared and discovered by future clients. Clients who would prefer specific images not be shared should raise this in writing prior to the appointment, and Agnes will do her best to accommodate the request.
7. Client Responsibilities & Liability
Clients are asked to disclose any known allergies, skin conditions or medical sensitivities prior to the appointment, so suitable products can be prepared in advance. Agnes is not liable for reactions to products where such information was not disclosed. Clients are also asked to be ready and punctual for their appointment; delays caused by the client or bridal party may result in reduced application time or additional charges.
8. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
