Yes. A non refundable deposit, typically 50% of the total service fee, is required to confirm and hold your date, with the balance due on or before the day of service. The exact amount and payment method are confirmed at the time of enquiry.

PayNow and bank transfer are the most common methods. Payment details are shared once your enquiry is confirmed.

Deposits are non refundable, and last minute cancellations close to the event date may require payment of a significant portion of the total package value. Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and accommodated wherever possible. Reach out as early as you can so Agnes can check her calendar.

Package prices exclude transport. Transport charges depend on your appointment location and are confirmed before your booking is finalised. Early morning appointments and large bridal parties may also involve a small additional fee, confirmed in advance.

There is no walk-in studio. Appointments are held by arrangement at 470 Jurong West Street 41, Singapore, or as an outcall arrangement for your wedding morning.

Yes, travel for destination weddings can be arranged. Message with your location and dates so travel and accommodation can be worked into your quote.

A full bridal look, including makeup, hair and saree or outfit draping, typically takes around two to three hours. Exact timing is planned around your wedding schedule.

South Indian weddings are her specialty, but Agnes welcomes brides of every race, culture and tradition, including North Indian, church wedding, ROM and reception styling.

Trials are available and recommended, usually booked separately at a separate fee. A trial does not itself reserve Agnes for your event date; the date is only held once the booking deposit has been paid.

Yes. On wedding mornings Agnes works with a small team of makeup assistants, so your bridal party can be styled alongside you. Mention this in your enquiry for a quote.

Yes, saree tying and outfit dressing can be booked as a standalone service. Mention this when you enquire so it can be scheduled correctly.

By booking with Agnes, brides agree that photographs and videos from the session may be used for her portfolio and social media, so her work can continue to be shared and discovered by future clients. If you'd prefer specific images not be shared, let her know in writing before your appointment.

Yes, the masterclass is one on one and paced to your experience level, whether you are picking up makeup for the first time or refining an existing routine.

You're welcome to bring your own everyday makeup, or Agnes can advise on building a starter kit during your session.
